Not the best of experiences with Raymon today and to be honest really disappointed. Really liked the car and was told it had a 3 month manufacturers warranty with it. Agreed a deal on the car, went through all the process and then was told it was only a month, and they would not honour the warranty originally stated, but yet wanted £499 for a 3 year one. Obviously after keeping us a while and not really apologising. It made me feel that if it was this difficult to purchase the car, what would the aftersales experience be like, and being a bit deceptive with car details obviously throws up red flags. This is view is purely from a spur of the moment drop in, without any looking at reviews on the place. Overall pretty disappointed. Just bought a used Vauxhall from Michael at Wilson and Co Grimsby. Could not be happier with the car and the service we have received. First rate in every way! After sales has been excellent also. Received a curtesy call day after picking the car up to ensure all was well and then received a card and a beautiful bunch a flowers as a thank you for our business the day after that. I bought a car from this dealership in January of this year. I'm very pleased with the car however as part of the buying process I was promised by the salesman that I would receive a set of car mats by post as they were out of stock when I collected the vehicle sadly despite telephoning the dealership and explaining the situation my mats were nowhere to be seen. Following my review the sales staff have been fantastic. I was contacted by Rebecca mills and Mick Cliffe. Mick kindly delivered the mats to my home address and explained that some personnel issues had caused the initial problem..thanks again Mick and Rebecca.john gareth jenkins

Avoid. Bought a car with issues that arose on the way home, reported them the very next day and took 6 months to fix! The service team and unhelpful and seeming clueless. Had the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in a long time from Adam at Wilsons Scunthorpe I came down from the northwest of England by train and was going to get a Taxi to the dealership but Adam wouldn't hear of it and came to pick me up from Scunthorpe railway station a couple of minutes after my train arrived my car looked better in person and was as described with 12 months MOT and full service history and warranty I highly recommend this dealership from speaking on the telephone to point of sale all done professionally with no pressure sales you will not be disappointed thanks Adam, John Davies.John Davies

I bought a pre registered (new) car, a week ago. When I paid by bank transfer, I asked to collect it earlier than originally arranged. I was told that would not be posssible. When I did go to collect it, I was told that I could have had the car earlier. I asked for the car to be taxed for me at my expense. This was refused. Later, I was told this could have been done. Wilson's uses a stack of forms and procedures, which require care and attention to complete properly and accurately. Wilson's was very unamused when I pointed out several mistakes, for which I refused to sign. The owner, Mr Robin Wilson, did not reply to my email. No-one from Wilson's has been back in touch with me. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life of over forty years of doing that. Update in February 2020, after 17 months of ownership. Wilson's have never contacted me regarding servicing of the car!John Mitchell
