The experience at Drayton Motors Kia Grantham was OK. Some of the process was troubling as differing info was given by the many reps (5) i interacted with over the period of bying the vehicle. The Evolution part was particularly distressing, so many forms only to find I had to complete them a second time because of an admin error. I didnt say I was unhappy just that there were a few things I think you should address to make the process a little less anxious. After all it is a lot of money to consider paying out.

I had a great experience at Drayton Motors Kia Boston because Sam and Charlie were great from the get go. We first met Sam on a Sunday late in the afternoon when we went to have look round, he had a great laugh with us all and wasnt the usual "salesman" you tend to get at car garages. Sam had some paternity time so Charlie took over and did me a great deal on a car, only shock was the car tax as i didnt realise it would be at the higher level and on collection the car only had 7 miles petrol in the tank - but other than that the experience was friendly, polite and in the swanky new site i expect to remain a customer for many years to come. Would highly recommend Drayton Kia as a car garage to do business with.
