Here at Wilson and Co we like to ensure that you are kept up to date with everything that happens with your vehicle whilst it is with us for servicing. One of the ways we do this is through video.
We understand that sometimes it is difficult to image what happens with your vehicle whilst it is with us - by doing this, we show you.
We like to provide complete transparency to our customers, especially when it comes to the service of your vehicle and our CitNOW video technology does just that.
We provide a window through using our CitNOW video health check. It takes servicing your Car to a whole new level by bringing our workshop direct to your mobile device or computer.
Every vehicle that is serviced with us will have a personalised CITNow video, filmed by the technician working on it. The Vauxhall trained technician will run through any potential servicing work that needs to be carried out, showing wear and tear and items that may need to be replaced. They will also let you know if your vehicle has a clean bill of health.
This gives you peace of mind that your vehicle has been looked after by the very best.
How does CitNOW video technology work?
Once our Vauxhall-trained technicians have checked over your car, they’ll send you a short video report highlighting any problems that they have spotted and any recommendations they suggest, along with a fully priced quote*. You can approve or reject the work or request a call back to discuss further.
It is important that we collect an email or mobile number from you so that we can email or text you a copy of your vehicle’s inspection report. Once you have received this, you can authorise any or all of the items identified, instantly instructing the technician who is taking care of your car.
Upon the collection of your vehicle, you will be presented with an Electronic Vehicle Health Check (EVHC). This is a simple, easy-to-read traffic light document that gives you a glance at any essential or advisory work that may need to be carried out on your vehicle. GREEN means no service or maintenance is required, AMBER means work is advisory or may need attention in the future and RED highlights work that requires immediate attention. These complimentary services are one of the many benefits you get from visiting your local Wilson and Co dealership.
