Vauxhall’s all-new Combo Life; the perfect family car
Ample space and style thanks to the Combo Life
  • Life is a journey and, as they say, it’s not about the destination, it’s about enjoying the ride. As important as it is to have a goal, a dream, or an objective, to really enjoy life is to really enjoy the moment, to immerse yourself in the here and now and see where that takes you.

With that in mind, the all-new Combo Life, now available in our showroom here at Wilson and Co, is Vauxhall’s very own dream family car come true. Designed to provide a motoring experience like no-other, this eye-catching, state-of-the-art vehicle has all the style and space required to transcend everyday driving and transport you to a world behind the wheel that’s beyond the realm of any road map or sat-nav.

     New experience

Offering real versatility, the Combo Life is a standout piece of automotive machinery where the latest hi-tech driving solutions are integrated with luxury and comfort to steer you to discover an alternate driving reality.

Developed to boost practicality and storage, as well as inject a whole new level of fun into family motoring, it is the perfect motoring companion for those who want to live life to the full – to live in the moment, to experience the here and now.

2018’s Combo Life comes equipped with two rear sliding doors and can be ordered as a five or seven seater – just think of all that space you can roam, relax and recline in. All that lovely leg room is sure to make longer trips even more enjoyable, and encourage those in the back to indulge themselves with the beauty of the outside world thanks to a panoramic glass roof. Just sit back, look up and get lost in the magic and wonderment of your own journey.

And it’s not just style and elegance where the Combo Life excels, as car safety is also a key feature of this magnificent piece of modern motoring machinery. The rear seats are fitted with ISOFIX child seat brackets, as well as featuring various technologies and driver assistance systems, such as Rear View Camera with 180° bird’s-eye view, Head-Up Display, and IntelliGrip.

Other car safety features on the Combo Life include:

Forward Collision Alert with Pedestrian Detection and Automatic Emergency Braking that issues an alarm and a visual warning, and will brake automatically if the driver does not react to the alerts.

A Front Camera System, which gathers and processes data for additional driver assistance systems such as Speed Sign Recognition and Lane Keep Assist.
Automatic Cruise Control adapts to the speed of the vehicle in front. It works in conjunction with Intelligent Speed Adaptation, which informs the driver when a new speed limit is detected and prompts the driver to adjust the speed accordingly.

Driver Drowsiness Alert detects for signs of driver fatigue and suggests the driver takes a break at the next service station.

    Design for life

While the design and specifications of the Combo Life should appeal to all tastes and requirements, it has been packaged together to put active families and those with a penchant for adventure firmly in the driving seat for making memories.

The vehicle comes in two trims, Design and Energy, with the Energy models allowing customers to choose between two wheelbases: standard and XL. Its diverse powertrain portfolio includes petrol and diesels with either manual or automatic transmission.
