Every customer that comes in to a Vauxhall Service department is requested to complete a customer satosfaction survey. These surveys are collated and a league table within the local area is produced. This is to ensure that Vauxhall customers reecieve consistently high service and are looked after throughout the ownership of their vehicle.
The team at Wilson and Co have been recognised for achieving first place in their district for the last 6 months! Whilst we know that we care about our customers it is really great to receive this feedback from customers and we are very proud of this achievement.

Every day this team look after up to 20 customers who come in for work to be carried out on their vehicles.
A huge congratulations to the Wilson and Co Chorley team for their achievemenyt and if you are a local Chorley customer, you may want to ask for a chocolate - as they received a huge box of Lindt goodies as a thank you from Vauxhall for their hard work!
