Our Aftersales teams remain in place as they have done throughout all Lockdown times for accident repair, servicing, MOT and repairs, and I would ask customers to continue to follow the directional signage when on site. We also continue to offer our collection and delivery service.

Wilson and Co utilise an independent research company, Judge Service, to survey used car customers.
Since the 1st lockdown, an additional question has been added regarding the safety measures in place in light of COVID-19.
We are pleased to report that customers answering this question have indicated a 97% satisfaction score.
There was a lot of thought and planning, not to mention investment, into the processes we have in place. Weekly audits are carried out on the risk assessment we have in place.
It's thanks to our staff and our customers that we have achieved this score and continue to operate as safely as we can.

In March 2020, we took the decision to remain open to support key workers, vulnerable customers and those that needed their vehicles for essential use. We introduced new measures for our Aftersales departments that met the required guidelines, which were extended throughout the business as we re-opened in June.
