Our Sales departments are once again temporarily closed to the public until further notice.
However as before we are fully available online for Click and Collect via email, telephone or Zoom meaning that you can make a purchase from the safety of your own home. Alongside this, we can still offer fully virtual appointments. Just let us know your preference.

Our Aftersales teams remain in place for accident repair, servicing, MOT and repairs, and I would ask customers to continue to follow the directional signage when on site. We also continue to offer our collection and delivery service.

Wilson and Co utilise an independent research company, Judge Service, to survey used car customers.
Since the 1st lockdown, an additional question has been added regarding the safety measures in place in light of COVID-19.
We are pleased to report that customers answering this question have indicated a 97% satisfaction score.
There was a lot of thought and planning, not to mention investment, into the processes we have in place. Weekly audits are carried out on the risk assessment we have in place.
It's thanks to our staff and our customers that we have achieved this score and continue to operate as safely as we can.

As per previously announced guidance, staff in hospitality and retail are now required to wear face coverings (from 24 September). This means that all staff and customers within Wilson and Co have to wear a mask. People who are already exempt from the existing face covering obligations, such as because of an underlying health condition, will continue to be exempt from these new obligations. Please note that Wilson and Co must remind people to wear face coverings where mandated.
QR Codes
As of 24th September, all customers are also able to 'check-in' at the displayed official NHS QR Code Posters upon entry to our dealerships. This option is an alternative to providing contact details once the app is rolled out nationally. Instructions of how to 'check-in' will be provided on the posters.
In March 2020, we took the decision to remain open to support key workers, vulnerable customers and those that needed their vehicles for essential use. We introduced new measures for our Aftersales departments that met the required guidelines, which were extended throughout the business as we re-opened in June.
Through stringent adherence to these measures, we have operated successfully and further to the Government’s announcement on Saturday 31st October, I can confirm that Wilson and Co remain committed to serving our customers in-line with the published guidance.
Until Thursday 5th November, all departments at all sites remain open and operating fully.
From Thursday 5th November, our Service, Parts and Bodyshop departments will remain open and operating with the safety measures that have been in place since March, and available to view on online.
